Grown high in the Piura and Amazonas regions of Peru at 1,100–1,700 meters above sea level, this coffee comes from the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino — a grower cooperative known for producing some of the finest single origin coffees in South America. Harvested from a diverse mix of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varietals grown in clay mineral-rich soil, then gully washed and sun-dried for a clean, bright finish.
