Brew Guide

• Traditional (Usucha): Sift 1–2g into a bowl, add 2oz of 175°F water, whisk in a W motion until frothy
• Latte: Whisk matcha with a small amount of hot water first, then add steamed milk of choice
• Iced: Whisk with cold water and pour over ice — clean and refreshing
• Format: Loose powder, 1oz
