Jasmine tea is made differently than almost every other tea in the world, and the process is worth knowing. The green tea leaves are hand-picked and carefully prepared, then set aside and held — waiting. Not blended, not sprayed, not flavored with extracts. They’re held until the jasmine blossoms are ready to open, typically overnight, when the flowers release their full fragrance naturally into the air around the leaves. The two are paired at precisely the right moment, and the tea absorbs the jasmine’s aroma through contact alone.

The result is a cup that’s naturally perfumed, smooth, and sweet without a single drop of flavoring — just time, patience, and craft. Good for multiple steepings, it reveals something new with each pass.

Brew Guide

• Temperature: 175–185°F — never boiling; high heat will turn green tea bitter
• Steep Time: 2–3 minutes for the first steeping; add 30 seconds for each subsequent steep
• Amount: 1 teaspoon per 8oz
• Second steeping: Often sweeter and more floral than the first — don’t skip it
• Iced: Cold-brew overnight in the fridge for an exceptionally smooth, naturally sweet iced tea
