Ethiopia Natural Coffee | Single Origin Medium-Light Roast | Milk Chocolate, Fruity & Caramel | Tonga Truck Coffee
From the birthplace of coffee, to your cup.
Ethiopia is where it all began — and this single origin natural process coffee from the Sidama Zone is a reminder of why. Grown by smallholder farmers at 1,700–1,900 meters above sea level in Nitisol-rich soil, these Indigenous Heirloom Cultivars are hand-sorted and sun-dried on raised beds — a meticulous full natural process that concentrates the beans’ natural sugars and produces some of the most fruit-expressive coffee on the planet.
The result is a medium-light roast that’s genuinely unlike anything else in your cup: milk chocolate warmth, a vibrant fruity sweetness, and a silky caramel finish. Traceable, transparent, and roasted with intention at Tonga Truck.
