Earl Grey has been a morning institution for over 200 years, and for good reason: the combination of bold black tea and fragrant bergamot oil is one of those rare pairings that just works. Ours is built on Ceylon OP — a high-grown, bright, full-bodied black tea from Sri Lanka — scented with genuine bergamot essential oil and finished with hand-selected blue cornflowers for a cup that’s as beautiful to look at as it is to drink.

Brew Guide

• Temperature: 195°F — just off boiling for a clean, non-bitter steep
• Steep Time: 5–10 minutes depending on desired strength
• Amount: 2.5g per 12oz
• Black: Bright, aromatic, and full-flavored straight
• With milk: Softens the astringency, brings out the malt, and creates a classic London Fog-style experience
• Iced: Brew double-strength, pour over ice — an elegant iced tea with real depth
• Format: Loose leaf, 3oz
