Tasting Profile: Chocolate, cinnamon, green apple
Region: Chiapas & Oaxaca, Mexico | Altitude: 900–1,000m
Process: Fully washed and sun dried

Bali Single Origin — Medium-Dark Roast

Tasting Profile: Dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar
Region: Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia | Altitude: 1,200–1,600m
Process: Hand picked, wet-hulled, dried on raised beds
