Apple Cider Rooibos | Herbal Loose Leaf Tea | Apple, Cinnamon & Warm Spice | Tonga Truck Coffee
Autumn in a cup — spicy, sweet, and naturally caffeine-free year round.
Rooibos (pronounced ROY-bos) is a South African red bush plant that brews into a naturally sweet, earthy, caffeine-free cup with a ruby-red color that’s as beautiful as it tastes. It’s one of the most antioxidant-rich botanicals in the world — and a genuinely delicious tea in its own right before we even add anything to it.
We elevated it with cinnamon, orange peel, and natural spices to create an Apple Cider Rooibos that hits all the notes of a warm fall harvest — bright apple, toasty cinnamon, a touch of citrus — without the caffeine, the jitters, or the sugar crash. Cozy enough for a cold evening, refreshing enough to enjoy all year long.
Tasting Notes
- Apple — crisp, sweet, and front-forward like fresh-pressed cider
- Cinnamon — warm and spicy, the backbone of the blend
- Orange peel — a bright citrus lift that keeps the cup from going too heavy
- Natural spice — a lingering warmth that finishes clean and comforting
Why Rooibos?
- 100% naturally caffeine-free — safe for all ages, any time of day
- Naturally sweet — lower in tannins than black or green tea, so no bitterness
- Rich in antioxidants — aspalathin and quercetin are unique to rooibos
- Gorgeous ruby-red brew — stunning hot or iced
Brew Guide
- Temperature: 212°F (full boil) — rooibos loves the heat
- Steep Time: 5–10 minutes — it won’t go bitter, so steep to your taste
- Amount: 1 heaping teaspoon per 8oz
- Hot: Perfect as-is, or add a touch of honey and a splash of oat milk for a cozy latte
- Iced: Brew strong, pour over ice — a spectacular fall iced tea
- Format: Loose leaf, 3oz
Fueled by aloha. No caffeine, no compromise. Great fall flavor — any season.
